An unrelenting touring schedule has seen 55-year-old Paul Oakenfold crisscross the United States and Europe several times these past months.
The Trance artist has played various festivals such as Cream Classical In The Park and nightclubs all across the planet including Ministry Of Sound and Sound-Bar.
When Trance Farm caught up with Paul this past May at his hotel in Chicago, he spoke candidly about maintaining a schedule that would still see him at some of the world’s most significant events but was adamant about lessening the breakneck touring pace of years gone by.
On August 2, 2019, the two-time Grammy-nominated Trance artist and Perfecto Records label owner, announced via social media that he was taking a month off from touring.
Scheduled shows to be affected include Canada’s Shambala Music Festival, Colombia’s Green Forest Festival, and The Netherlands Mysterland Festival along with performances in Florida, Texas, and Mexico.
There is no official date of Paul’s return to touring.
