Five Things You Didn’t Know About Anjunabeats’ Spencer Brown

With his second LP, Stream of Consciousness, set to be released courtesy of Anjunabeats on January 31, 2020, we thought we’d give you some interesting facts about the San Francisco based producer, Spencer Brown.

1 – Spencer was given his first big break by Avicii who released Spencer’s debut EP Chalice on his LE7ELS label in 2014. 

2 – Spencer is one of the fastest rising Anjunabeats artists having released his debut album Illusion Of Perfection back in 2018

3 – Stream of Consciousness features all brand new original productions, however, it was created as a mix album. The mix was meticulously crafted through no fewer than 329 revisions and blurs the lines between Deep House, Progressive and Trance

4 – Spencer identifies with the LGBT community and came out while a student at Duke University. He’s very open about being a role model for those struggling with their identity and is happy to discuss this topic.
