Above & Beyond’s Paavo Siljamäki Was Never Tested For COVID-19; Doctors Believe Symptoms Are Comparable

During an Instagram Live broadcast, Above & Beyond‘s Paavo Siljamäki broke the news that he resembles the symptoms of coronavirus.

The 42-year-old Finnish Trance artist appeared upbeat as he sat from his England home.

He revealed that he had received a 90-minute massage from a person in Bali, Indonesia, some days ago who had a persistent cough.

He believes this is how he may have contracted the virus.

With the shortage of COVID-19 test kits, people in England are not screened for the virus unless hospitalized, which Paavo was not. Two doctors and nurses have confirmed, however, that he exhibits symptoms to suggest a mild to a medium form of coronavirus.

The popular artist is currently on day 11 of a self-quarantine and is thankful for the NHS (National Health Service) and the numerous volunteers that have dedicated their time during this world event.

He also wanted to thank his neighbors for bringing him fresh ginger – a favorite of his to boost immunity.

Paavo described the recovery as a yo-yo fever where he would feel good for a time then not. He also complained of random chest pains that would wake him up during different times of the day.

He goes on to describe the recovery as “an old girlfriend that keeps coming back.”

Paavo was kind enough to give a brief tour of his home and displayed the room where he plays Fortnite and piano, a 1938 refurbished Steinway & Sons, that he briefly played for the viewers.

His Fortnite gamer tag is POS313, for those interested.
