Tony McGuinness To Re-Create Above & Beyond’s 2004 Essential Mix

Tony McGuinness is at it again.

The Brit has recently re-created the first two episodes of Above & Beyond’s legendary radio show, Trance Around the World (T.A.T.W), and on April 28, 2020, he revealed that he will be re-creating Above & Beyond’s Essential Mix for BBC Radio 1 in 2004.

Climbing into our time machine, 2004 saw a young Above & Beyond that was on the verge of something special.

Noticing this, Pete Tong enlisted them for a two hour guest mix for his popular radio show on June 6th, 2004.

The set was later named the Essential Mix of the Year for 2004.
